1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned in the original packaging, including any tags, dust bags, or accessories.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

3. Return Process
To start a return, please:

  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide the return address.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
    Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, style, or size, please contact us first. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
